🔸️ Must grow up day by day in sanctification! 🔸

It is God who sanctifies us completely! (1Thes.5: 23). We cannot carry out this noble work. We must be dependant on Him completely. Because He works in us to stimulate the desire to do His will and He gives us the ability to accomplish them in us. However, we are to “strive with fear and trembling to the end that our salvation may be accomplished” (Phil.2: 12,13). You see, we are the ones who execute and accomplish the works that God doing in us. Yes, this good God does not want to transform us into mere “Robots”…the mechanical man!

In the same way, God washes away the crimes of our sins. However, we are also commanded to “cleanse ourselves from every impurity of the flesh and spirit, completing our sanctification in the fear of God”! (2Cor. 7:1). Whenever we see uncleanliness within us in the light, we must involve in the process of cleaning ourselves!

This is how we “destroy the works of the body by the Spirit” (Romans 8:13). If this deed is continually going on in us, the divine qualities of love, joy, peace, long-suffering, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control will manifest in us more and more. This is what it means to be transformed in the image of Christ!

Likewise, “our path change like the light of dawn,
shining brighter and brighter until midday” (Prov. 4:18). May all of us listen to the glorious path of holiness that God has made for us!

Prayer:
Loving Father! We praise You for the intense work of sanctification within us! Help us to grow carefully on this path; in the name of Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.
