🔸️ If the Prime Minister is our father? Is not the Lord God greater than him? 🔸
Proverbs 21:1 says, “The king’s heart is as streams of water in the hand of the LORD; He does it according to His own will.”
Suppose, the Prime Minister of India is your father! Do you, then, consider any difficulties or problems that you may encounter in your life as a matter? If your house owner frightens you, or your boss is constantly harassing you, or someone is being unjust to you, or something needs to be done quickly, do you worry? Not at all! What will you do, having the prime minister as your father? You will just give a ‘phone call’ to your father, talk to him to solve the problem and will put your phone down with peace!
Is your Lord God not greater than the Prime Minister of India? Just think!
But what do we do when we face problems in our life? “Oh, how good would it be to have an Union minister or a police officer I know at this time! If they were, they would have helped me right away?” Of these two, which occupies our number one activity in the problems of our life?
Many Christians today become “atheists” when they have problems in their daily life. They say, “Have faith in God!” They talk much ‘at the meetings’ and in their homes. But they fail to practice in life!!
Prayer:
Our Almighty Father! Draw us into the “faith that seeking only You, Lord as the most important”, so that our heart will not seek the kindness of humanity.
